She was predeceased by: her father Carlton Sumner; and her siblings, David and Janet. She is survived by: her mother Carolyn Sumner; her siblings, Johnny, Loretta, Frank and Toby; her children, Melissa and T. J.; and her grandchildren, Jennifer, Sarah, Bailey, Thomas J., Jonathan and Zoey. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren, mother, siblings, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family, friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 14th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Silk Hope Baptist Church (4929 Pineland Dr, Savannah, GA 31405).
