She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Arthur Scott and Cora Lee Lanier; her husband Jim Paul Edenfield; and her sister Dorothy Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, James Michael Edenfield (Marianne) and Diane Daugherty (Edwin); her grandchildren, Jamie Akers (Michael) and Casie Poston (Toby); her great grandchildren, Ava Yaughn, Roman Akers and Caroline Akers; and her nephews, Alan Mitchell (Carol) and Ronnie Rivers (Susan).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home Garden City Chapel (2794 US-80, Garden City, GA 31408). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodlawn Baptist Church (407 Talmadge Ave, Savannah, GA 31408). A burial will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025.
