In the sacred silence of farewell, Emily Jones is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Miller Jones and Kate Jones; and her husband Richard Horton. She is survived by: her daughter Becky; her son-in-law Mike Huffer; her granddaughters, Emily Glover (Daniel) and Rachel Huffer; her brothers, Talley Jones (Barbara) of Savannah and Jim Jones of Ball Ground; and her brother-in-law Harold Horton (Carol) of Savannah. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Skidaway Community Church (50 Diamond Causeway, Savannah, GA 31411).
