He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Bartley Sr. and Elder Laura Mae Daniels (Smith). He is survived by: his children, Glenn Bartley (Wanda), Tameca Grady, Twinnetta Bartley and Ernest Tremaine Jackson; his siblings, Barbara A. Bartley of Savannah, Ernestine Bartley of Miami, Florida, Sabrina Bartley-Roberts (James) of Miami, Florida and Anthony Bartley; and his caregiver Jerry Bartley (Tange). He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Bynes Royall Funeral Home (204 W Hall St Suite B, Savannah, GA 31401). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Jesus First the Community Church (2202 US-80 W, Garden City, GA 31408).
