She was predeceased by: her spouse Denson Breton Foss; her parents, Ernest Edward Swain and Gladys Kilpatrick Swain; and her son Gregory "Greg" Breton Foss. She is survived by: her daughters, Terry Carol Foss of Brooklet, Valerie Foss Ryan (Chris) of St. Marys and Melanie Foss Mokray of Savannah, Georgia; her daughter-in-law Hannah Stovall Foss of Lawrenceville, Georgia; her grandchildren, Carol Newsom, Connor Maxwell Foss and Jake Christopher Ryan; and her great grandchildren, Ethan Newsom and Montgomery Newsom.
