She was predeceased by: her parents, Sidney McFadden Jr. and Albertha McFadden (Burke); her husband Sidney Brown Jr.; her daughters, Yvette McFadden and Linda Brown; her siblings, Patricia Coleman, Sharon Carter, Herman McFadden (Frog), Joseph McFadden (Snipe) and Robert McFadden; and her grandson Larry Brown Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Marshall McFadden (Cynthia) of Savannah, GA, James Lamont Brown of Savannah, GA, Larry Brown (Felicia) of Savannah, GA, Anthony Brown of Savannah, GA, Cheryl Brown of Savannah, GA and Beverly Carroll of Atlanta Ga; and her sisters, Roberta Pringle, Gertrude Thomas of Savannah, GA and Doris Brown of McDonough, GA. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
