It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francies Cowart Bennett of Savannah, Georgia, born in Great Falls, South Carolina, who passed away on March 15, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Cowart and Susie Waters Cowart; her husband Emory Bennett; and her sisters, Catherine Cowart Miltiades, Marcille Cowart Ingram, Myra Cowart Smith and Bennie Cowart Smith. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
