He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar A. Morris and Ruby M. Morris (Jones); his siblings, Patricia Williams (Pat), Donald Morris (Don), Laverne Morris and James Morris (Jim); and his daughter Stephanie Sims.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Morris; his children, Francis Morris, Jr. (Sherri), Eddie Joe Morris, Lisa Morris (Matt) and Audrey Sims Burroughs (John); and his brothers, Richard "Dick" Morris (Jean), Roger Morris, Dennis Morris (Kim) and Edward "Eddie" Morris (Rhonda). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
