He is survived by: his children, Frank Taylor Parrott (Tonia) and Jennifer Dempsey (Patrick); his grandchildren, Brandy Parrott, Hunter Dempsey and Carson Dempsey (Reagan); and his great grandchild Bentley Carmichael. He is also survived by extended family, including his two nieces, nephew, and cousins.
