He is survived by: his wife Olivia Ann Hipp of Matthew's Catholic Church; his children, G. Thomas Hipp (Lisa) and Doranne Hipp Ralston (Stephen); his sister Anne Denise Hipp; his sister-in-law Lynne Hipp; his nephews, Kevin Hipp (Mary) and Col. Sean (Christine); his cousins, Maureen O'Connell (Ed), Megan Bilder (Bob) and John Bilder; his grandchildren, Ryan Howerton (Allison), Trevin Howerton (Hannah), Abby Emmert (Brandon) and Andrew (Allie); his great grandchildren, Ames, Ryli, Wells, Hayes and Wade; his brothers-in-law, Earle Waters, Barry Waters, John Waters (Barbara) and Don Waters (Gail); and his extended family, Stephen Louis Ralston, Anthony Ralston (Ellerie), Jacqueline Helmus (Andrew) and Louis Ralston.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions to the Army Aviation Association of America (AAAA) Colleen Hipp scholarship fund.
