She is survived by: her daughter Ghia; her partner Denslay Hoffman; her granddaughters, Callen Herring and Coco Guthrie-Papy; her grandchildren-in-law, James Herring and Guthrie; her grandson AJ Morton (Courtney "Tot" Morton); her great grandchildren, JD, Holst, Emmie and Ansley; her sister Marchia; her daughter-in-law Vicki; her cousins, June, Jenny, Shelley, Benji and Amy; and her friend LaJuana.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. George's Episcopal Church to support the service work and community she cared deeply about.
