Eady, Sr.; his wife Cheryl Farley Eady; his children, Tara Eady Smith (Terrius) of Charleston, SC and Taray Eady of Atlanta, GA; his grandchildren, Jaylon Smith and Jada Smith of Charleston, SC; his mother Maggie Eady-Thompson; his siblings, Cynthia Eady Bonaparte, Minister Gayle Eady Ancrum (Freddie) of Charleston, SC, Carolyn Eady Griffin (David) and Frank Eady Jr. (Carla); his parents-in-law, Robert and Leola Farley; his sister-in-law Cathy James; his nieces and nephews, Jermaine, Troy, Ashley, Nikki (Michael), Courtney, Bria, Davianna, Skylar, Lance, Kirsten and Dominique; and his godchildren, Corey, Alicia, Simone, Jaylen, Jordan and Keilen. He was also cherished by relatives and friends.
