He was predeceased by: his parents, Bob Lee O'neal and Evelyn Garmon O'neal; his son Matthew; his daughter-in-law Christina O'neal; and his brother-in-law Dusty Durden.
He is survived by: his wife Reba Durden O'neal; his brothers, Barry (Barbara O'neal) and Brian O'neal; and his siblings-in-law, Danny and Cathy Durden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
