She was predeceased by: her parents, Agnes Ball Schafer and Erwin August Schafer; her husband Fred; and her grandson Thayer David Allison. She is survived by: her children, Lisa (David Allison), Georgia and Cory Scott (Julie DeVoe); her grandchildren, Schafer Allison (Anna Welling), Charlotte Scott (José Calongé), Reese (Madi Allison), Scott Allison (Kelli Trumpy) and Harper Scott (Connor Mishoe); her brother Mike; her sister-in-law Marianne Schafer; her nephews, Matt Schafer (Laila) and Ben Schafer; and her great-niece Coralee.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the The Marshes. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 5th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Brecon United Methodist Church.
