He is survived by: his wife Juanita J. Green; and his children, Horace J. Green, Jr. (Michelle), Gary J. Green (Vaughan), Jerome Green (Shirley) and Elinda Thompson. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
