In the vast expanse of eternity, Howard Arthur shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Howard Arthur farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Francis Healey and Mabel Leach Russell. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Healey (English); his children, William Scott Healey (Julie Shoupe) of Calara, Alabama and Connie Lyn Hodges (David Hodges) of Rincon, GA; and his granddaughter Jessica Lyn Hawrelak (Gregory Hawrelak) of Bethlehem, GA. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
