It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Angus Kemp (Savannah, Georgia), who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James Wesly Wilson, Sr. and Sarah Elizabeth Belvin Wilson; his parents, Thomas Coleman Kemp, Sr. and Joyce Elizabeth Wilson Kemp; his siblings, Donna Elizabeth Kemp and Thomas Coleman Kemp, Jr.; and his aunts and uncles, James Wesley Wilson, Jr., Donald Alan Wilson, Thomas Clarence Walton, Patricia Ann Walton and Catherine Hernandez Wilson.
He is survived by: his cousins, Christy Wilson and Cynthia Diane Breuer; his sisters, Penelope Lightfoot (Tommy) and Jennifer Kemp (Keith); his nephews, Joshua Lightfoot (Jake), Floyd Coleman Kemp and Hank Angus Kemp; his uncle Bill B. Wilson; and his aunt Virlie Thompson Wilson.
As a true testament to Jimmye's loving and generous spirit, it was his desire to help improve or save lives by organ donation for the benefit of medical research.
