He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth M. White; and his children, Gail M. Couch (Aaron), Barbara A. Pellot (Marcus) and Jerome C. Spaulding (Susanne). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild.
