He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Monroe McMillan and Cletia McGill McMillan; his former wife Theresa McMillan; and his siblings, Johnny, Frank, Alice, Betty and Selita.
He is survived by: his wife Pamela Church McMillan; his children, James McMillan Jr. (Gretchen), Rebecca McMillan, Crystal McMillan and Jamie Waterlander (Brian); his brother Charles McMillan; and his grandchildren, Raven, Kylie, Jessie, Peyton, Mickel, James, Gabriel, Olivia, Marshall and Celita.
