She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Edward Bussell and Dorothy Phillips. She is survived by: her daughter Samantha Dukes Semler; her grandchildren, Alayna Michelle Wood, Evan Smith and Vivian Semler; her great grandchild Scarlett Rose Quill; her sisters, Debra Bussell and Cheryl Edenfield; her brother-in-law Michael Edenfield; and her nephew Brenton Edenfield.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel (7200 Hodgson Memorial Dr, Savannah, GA 31406). A funeral service will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (315 Greenwich Rd, Savannah, GA 31404).
In lieu of flowers, family requested donations to local food banks.
