With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Joe McElhaney (Savannah, Georgia), born in Sullivan, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 10, 2024 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert McElhaney and Phyllis McElhaney (Baughman); and his brother-in-law Ron Wise. He is survived by: his sons, Timothy McElhaney of Rincon, GA, John Lafollette (Kristie) of Guyton, GA and Danny Lafollette (Debbie) of Woodstock, GA; his former wife Susan Rahn (Ron) of Guyton, GA; his grandchildren, Megan LaFollette of Richmond Hill, GA, Jonathan Lafollette of Guyton, GA and Daniel Lafollette of Woodstock, GA; and his sister Kathy Wise of Cleveland, TN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and friends.
