He was predeceased by: his parents, Winston Waldhauer and Genny Waldhauer; and his brother Bick Waldhauer. He is survived by: his wife Mary "Mickie" Waldhauer; his sons, Jay (Jennifer), Shawn (Angie) and Shannon Waldhauer; his grandsons, John Ray, Adam (Lori), Nicholas, Marcus, Matthew, Andrew and Alistar Waldhauer; and his siblings, Derell Waldhauer (Eden) and Brenda Armer (Danny). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
