He is survived by: his mother Faye Collins; his brother Nelson Collins of Jesup; his children, Tina Blair (Dusty) of Juliette, GA, Jonathan Collins of Jesup, Matthew Collins of Glennville and Sheila Collins of Macon; his close friend Deborah King; and also Kelly King of Tison. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; 2 nieces and 1 nephew.
