She is survived by: her husband Felix Tutt; her children, Morenike Mincey, Felix Tutt (Tanesha Tutt) and Joneisha Tutt; her brothers, Claude Epps and Grover Clark; and her grandchildren, Jaleah Tutt, Janiah Mincey, Jaida Mincey, Jasper Seymore and Peyten Tutt.

In lieu of flowers the family is asking that donations be made to the Josephine Clark Tutt Memorial Scholarship.
