It is with sadness that the passing of Kenneth Aubrey Purvis in Savannah, Georgia is shared. Kenneth, born on November 14, 1934 in Ellabell, Georgia, passed away on September 16, 2026. Kenneth will be remembered for the time spent with loved ones and the moments that brought joy to those around him. He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara Jean Holmes Purvis; his parents, Troy L. Purvis and Bertie L. Ennis Purvis; his siblings, Ardie Purvis, Gene C. Purvis, Troy L. Purvis Jr., Donnie Purvis, Jimmy Purvis and Linda Purvis Bullard; and his pet Gentleman Jack.
He is survived by: his sons, William L. Purvis and David A. Purvis (Angela); and his grandson Joshua L. Purvis.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 30th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Flanders Powell Funeral Home & Crematory (197 S College St, Pembroke, GA 31321).
