It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Larry Lee Lanier Sr. (Savannah, Georgia), who passed away on December 7, 2025, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Lanier and Carolyn Lanier. He is survived by: his wife Shelva; his children, Amie Leslie Sandlin and Craig R. Lanier (Brenda); and his stepchildren, Debra Catherine Phillips (Ronnie) and William Thomas Porter Jr. (Lynn). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, December 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the Masonic Home of Georgia or the Shriners Children's Hospital.
