He is survived by: his wife Marie Cooper Bloodworth; his children, Tonya Bloodworth, Dr. Leotis Bloodworth Jr. (Monet) and Dr. Maria Bloodworth Graham (Treva); his nieces and nephews, Audris and Ike Hymon; his granddaughters, Briana, Jailyn and Lauryn Bloodworth; his siblings, Mary Alice McCrimmon, Brenda Vonne Knight, Ola Ross (Fred), Wanda Young (James), Brenda Joyce Young, Brigette Benton, Diane King, Vernester King and Canorris Young; his cousin Alfred Cason; his siblings-in-law, Gladys Wooten (Michael) and Ralph Cooper, Sr. (Samuel Battle Sr.); his aunts, Altdamease Holmes and Shirley Griffin; and his godson Reverend Ralph Cooper, Jr. (Tiffany). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
