He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Cortez Ford Allen (Davis) of Springfield, GA and Lewis F. Allen, Sr. of Clyo, GA.; his significant others, Faye Hagan Burkhalter of Statesboro and Faye H. Allen; his sister Judi Allen Amerson; and his son Chris F. Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Carmen Selina Brabham (Kenny) of Guyton, GA, Michelle Elizabeth Friday (Greg), Savannah, Kevin R. Allen Savannah (Missie) and Swint B. Burkhalter, III (Leslie) of Lakewood Ranch, FL. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
