He was predeceased by: his father Willie Bratton. He is survived by: his wife Gail Parks Bratton; his daughters, Susan Boatright (Butch) and Laurie Browning (Danny); and his siblings, Mary Ellen Smith (Ronnie) of Birmingham, Alabama, Thomas Bratton of Waveland and Richard Bratton (Olean) of Austell, Georgia.. He is also survived by six grandchildren, six great-grandchilden, one great-great grandchild.
He also volunteered to operate the sound system at several churches as well as donated sound equipment.
