She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence D. Cone and Mildred C. Altman Cone; her husbands, James Bruce Spivey and Russell Eugene Oiler; and her siblings, Clarice Cone Shuman and Clarence Donald Cone Jr..

She is survived by: her daughter Patrice Spivey Cowart (Richard); her grandchildren, Elaina Cowart Lippsett (Geoffrey) and Austin Cowart; and her stepchildren, Jennifer Ann Gruver (Gregg), Kristen Oiler Hodges (Andrew), Erin Patricia Farrell (Brendan) and Heather Elizabeth Ashley Oiler.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Bonaventure Cemetery (330 Bonaventure Rd, Savannah, GA 31404).
