She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Cook and Evelyn Cook (Stuber); her husband Frank Russell Ward; her sister Patricia Cook; and her children, Kelley Ward-Montgomery (Ward) and Charles'Chuckie'Ward.
She is survived by: her children, Debra Ward of Bucyrus, OH, David R. Ward (Michael) of Ridgeland, SC and Chris Ward (Shelley) of Rincon, GA; her grandchildren, Rachel McDaniel (Michael), Eric Williamson (Cheyanne), Daniel Montgomery and Dustin Montgomery; her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Maddison and Tyson; and her great great grandchild Dustin Montgomery Jr.. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
