She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Whitaker and Gaynelle Smith. She is survived by: her children, Tina Friese (Jim), Calvin Strickland (Debbie) and Susie Gault (Robbie); and her brother Stewart Smith (Pat). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren.
