She was predeceased by: her parents, Juan Bautista Rua and Maria Aurora Menendez; her husband Candido B. Suarez; her son Scott G. Suarez; and her sister Charo Alvarez Rua.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cecilia Clements (Craig) and Marci Suarez; her grandchildren, Gregory Suarez, Elias Clements, Jonathan Clements and Catherine Clements; and her great grandchild Nova Suarez.
