She was predeceased by: her parents, Maxine King and Floyd King of Claxton; and her husband Samuel Scheer of Savannah, Georgia.. She is survived by: her sons, Alex (Nora Bain Scheer) of Pooler and William (Lori Kyker Scheer) of Johns Island; her grandchildren, Ilana Scheer Harvey and Joshua David Scheer of Charleston; and her stepgrandchildren, Hannah Bailey of Charleston, McKenna and Sophia Flaherty of Johns Island. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
