She was predeceased by: her parents, Rufus Turner (Bud) and Grace Turner; her spouse Obie Hendley; and her brother Wayne Turner (Cheryl). She is survived by: her son Franklin Jeffery "Jeff" Hendley. She is also survived by her Grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 20th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Southside Baptist Church (5502 Skidaway Rd, Savannah, GA 31406). A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at the Greenwich Cemetery (330 Greenwich Rd, Savannah, GA 31404).
