He was predeceased by: his father Harry C. O'Quinn Jr. of Wilmington Island. He is survived by: his family Mike; his mother Shirley Allen O'Quinn of Wilmington Island; his brother Harry C. O'Quinn III (Pat); his sister-in-law Tina O'Quinn; his nephew Patrick Ryan O'Quinn of South Florida; and his aunts and uncles, JuJuan Allen Harper, Jackie, Billy Stewart, Carlene and Rusty Peacock.
