She was predeceased by: her parents, Isaac Levington and Mina Levington; her husband Leon Slotin; her son Morris Slotin (Moe); and her sister Helen Levington Spiers.
She is survived by: her daughter Jane Slotin; her granddaughter Micaela Slotin; her children-in-law, Bonnie Juengert and Jess Joseph; and her caregivers, Gloria Moss, Felicia George, Charlotte Lovett, Judy Hickox, Dianna Byrd, Jamel Fireall and Lavita Cavitt. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A graveside service was held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Bonaventure Cemetery (330 Bonaventure Rd, Thunderbolt, GA 31404).
