He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Cave McIntosh and Mattie Louise Middleton; and his siblings, Wylene Odom, Cave Hugh McIntosh, Jr. and Walter Marion McIntosh.
He is survived by: his wife Erma McMillon McIntosh of Port Wentworth; and his daughters, Vanessa Kelly of Kentucky, Rita McIntosh of Kentucky and Lela McMillon of Savannah. He is also survived by six grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Hall Funeral Home (5 Birkenhead Rd, Savannah, GA 31407). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, March 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
