With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Pasty Bazemore Gill of Savannah, Georgia, who passed away on June 26, 2025 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lampkin Bazemore and Lila Bazemore; her husband William H. "Bill" Gill; her daughter Ann Donaldson; her son-in-law R. B. Donaldson, Jr.; her niece Louise Lupica; and her siblings, Neva Reddick, Jackie Carpenter, Shirley Lanier, Chris Bazemore and David Bazemore.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Cindy Phillips (Chris) and Jeffrey Donaldson (Shari); and her sister Deanna Weaver of Sylvania. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel (7200 Hodgson Memorial Dr, Savannah, GA 31406). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at the Forest Lawn Memory Gardens (315 Greenwich Rd, Savannah, GA 31404).
