She was predeceased by: her husband Chester Manning Carter, Jr.; her children, Shelley Evans and Chester Carter III; her sons-in-law, Patrick Evans and David Evans; and her brother Gary Williams.
She is survived by: her sister Trilby Rimes; her sister-in-law Diane Williams; her children, Diane Hall, Carol Evans and Steve Carter (Jamie); her grandchildren, Justin Hall (Amy), Lindsey Westendorf (Jake), Stevie Carter-Sheppard (Kyle), Timothy Evans and Jordan Carter; her great grandchildren, Kobe Hall, Aubrey Hall, Kaylee Hall, Logan Westendorf and Annalisi Carter; and her close friend Cindy Lash. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
