He was predeceased by: his mother Mabel Gill; and his grandson Daniel Jackson. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Gill of Savannah, GA and Denize Gill (Kent) of West Wickham; his wife Barbara A. Gill; his stepdaughter Shontell Ford (Lewis) of Little Rock, Arkansas; his brother Owen Leroy Gill of Savannah, GA; his grandchildren, Danny Jackson (Brittany), Danielle Jackson, Alexis Ford of Dallas and Lewis Ford, III of Houston, Texas; his great grandchildren, Aiden Wright, Dancel Brown and Daniel Jackson, Jr. of Little Rock, Arkansas.; and his sister-in-law Mary Gill (Barbados) of The Parish. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
