He was predeceased by: his parents, Joanne Durrence Harman and Robert Earl Harman, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Janet Gardner Harman; his daughter Katy H. Moser (Robert D. Moser, Jr.); his grandsons, Robert D. Moser, III of McLean and Wilburn H. Moser of McLean; his sister Cynthia H. Conner (Frank M. Conner) of Alexandria; and his nieces, Isabelle D. Conner and Cynthia C. Conner of New York.
