He was predeceased by: his parents, James Albert Boatright and Corene Mary Conaway. He is survived by: his wife Delores Annette Boatright; his children, Kevin Boatright (Julie) and Karen Sather; his granddaughters, Lexi Patterson (Ian), Kate Sather, Sarah Boatright and Molly Boatright; his great grandchild Evie Patterson; his siblings, Rudy Boatright (Karen), Eddie Boatright and Kathryn Walton; and his nephews, Allen Boatright, Gary Boatright (Lisa) and Eddie Boatright Jr. (Tonya).
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Baker McCullough Funeral Home - Hodgson Memorial Chapel (7415 Hodgson Memorial Dr, Savannah, GA 31406). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to St. Paul's Evangelical Lutheran Church.
