He is survived by: his daughters, Amy Martin Pinckney (Ashley), Melody Martin Norwood and Sally Anne Martin Giles (Joe); his grandchildren, Grace Archer Pinckney (Tyler Andresen), Ashley "Ash" Pinckney, Jr. (Lani), Madeline Kathleen Ryan and Hayes Gibson Norwood; his sister Mary Jane Martin Shuman (Leiston); and his godsons, Jim Marshall and Les Shuman. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
