She is survived by: her sons, Michael Layne Connelly and Matthew Ryan Connelly; her sister Patti; her brother-in-law Joey Butler; and her niece Karli Nunez. She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Hospice Savannah or a charity of one's choice in Sally's memory.
