Seavy Highsmith touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ann Allen O'Neal and Seavy H. O'Neal. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Parker O'Neal; his sons, Seavy Highsmith O'Neal III, Benjamin Parker O'Neal and Tommy O'Neal; his daughters-in-law, Amy Atao and Nadia Hewett; and his grandchildren, Seavy Highsmith O'Neal IV, Dolan Neblina O'Neal, Richard Hewett O'Neal, Benjamin Parker O'Neal Jr., Steven Paul O'Neal, Anah Shai O'Neal and Joseph Todd O'Neal.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Calendar Risen Savior Lutheran Church (1755 Old Quacco Rd, Pooler, GA 31322). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Calendar Flemington Presbyterian Church Cemetery (875 Old Sunbury Rd, Hinesville, GA 31313).

In lieu of flowers donation can be made to Risen Savior Lutheran Church Building Fund in Seavy O'Neal's name.
