She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Francis Loney; her parents, Paul Cleveland Parks and Lois Ellen Christian Parks; and her brother Audie Cleveland Parks. She is survived by: her siblings, Paula E. Parks of Pembroke, Vickey Everson (Christopher) of Pembroke, Lisa Sexton of Virginia and Gregory Parks (CJ) of Claxton; and her stepdaughters, Melissa Harde (Joey) of Savannah and Katrina Sherrod of Savannah.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Flanders Powell Funeral Home & Crematory (197 S College St, Pembroke, GA 31321). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
