She is survived by: her husband Ronald Harper; her daughter Cristal Tilley; her son-in-law Brent Minix; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Adams and Brennen Adams; her great grandchild Joshua Adams; and her siblings, Susan Herbert, Skip Elliott and Mark Elliot. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
