Though William has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Rowland and Blanche Tyson; and his sister Barbara Osborne. He is survived by: his wife Frances Rowland; his son Lloyd Rowland; his daughter-in-law Lari Rowland; his grandchildren, Nathan Rowland and Ashlyn Rowland; his brother Al Rowland, Sr.; and his sister-in-law Lynn Rowland. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Oak Hill Cemetery.
