She was predeceased by : her parents, William Kincaid and Eutter Parks-Kincaid; and her siblings, R. W. Kincaid, Adolph Kincaid and Ethel Kincaid-Anderson.

She is survived by : her children, Olivia Kincaid and Torrance "Terry" Williams; her grandchildren, Austin Kincaid, Antoinette "Toya" Kincaid, LeTisha Tillman Clark, Sherika Tillman Kincaid, Chariclea "Nae Nae" Brown and Ameira Williams of Torrance; her siblings, Randolph Kincaid (Georgia), George Kincaid (South Carolina), Ophelia Weathers of Jackson, MS, Mary Williams of DeBerry, TX, Yolander Kincaid of Saginaw, MI and Martina Kincaid of Gautier, MS; her great grandchildren, Itali Clark, Ingland Pickett, Israel Elzy and Irelynd Singletary; and her close friends, Gloria Blackwell and Charlene Perkins. She is also survived by many uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews along with a host of friends.
